Acceptance of Terms

By accessing makezonedigital.com or engaging Make Zone Digital for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, collaborators, and anyone interacting with our business through any communication channel.

Our Services

Make Zone Digital provides the following professional digital services:

• Website Development — WordPress CMS sites and MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) web applications
• Mobile App Development — React Native cross-platform iOS & Android applications and Flutter apps
• UI/UX Design — User research, wireframing, prototyping, and production-ready interface design
• Branding — Logo design, complete brand identity systems, and brand strategy
• Social Media Content — Visual content creation, scheduling, and social media management

All service details, deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project proposals agreed upon in writing before any work commences.

Project Engagement

No work commences until all of the following conditions are met:

• The project proposal or contract has been approved in writing by the client
• The agreed deposit payment has been received and cleared
• All required assets, credentials, content, and access have been provided by the client

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and required materials. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery timelines, for which Make Zone Digital bears no liability.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure ensures commitment on both sides:

• 50% Deposit: Required upfront before project kickoff. Non-refundable once work has commenced
• 50% Final Payment: Due upon project completion before final files and access are transferred
• Milestone Payments: Custom payment schedules available for larger engagements — agreed in the proposal

Invoices are due within 7 calendar days of issue. Late payments beyond 14 days may result in project pauses and a 5% monthly late fee on outstanding balances.

All prices are quoted in USD or PKR as stated in the project proposal. Currency is fixed at the time of proposal acceptance.

Revisions & Scope

Each project proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Our policy:

• Revisions are changes within the originally agreed scope — not new feature requests
• Additional revisions beyond included rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate
• New features, pages, or functionality outside original scope require a separate written agreement
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing with clear, consolidated feedback

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and cleared payment, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their project — including custom designs, code, and assets.

Make Zone Digital retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials
• Use project thumbnails, descriptions, and results data for promotional purposes
• Retain ownership of proprietary internal frameworks, boilerplates, and methodologies used

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold rights to all content, logos, images, and assets they supply to us.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This includes:

• Client business data, unreleased products, strategies, and internal processes
• Make Zone Digital's pricing structures, internal processes, and proprietary methodologies
• Login credentials, API keys, server access tokens, and security configurations
• Any information explicitly marked "confidential" by either party

Confidentiality obligations survive the end of any project for a period of 2 years. NDAs are available on request at no additional charge.

Warranties & Representations

Make Zone Digital warrants that:

• All work will be performed professionally and to industry standards
• Deliverables will match the agreed specifications in the project proposal
• We hold rights to all tools, frameworks, and components we use in your project

The client warrants that:

• They have legal right to use all content, images, logos, and assets provided to us
• Their project does not involve illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Information provided during the brief and project is accurate and complete

Limitation of Liability

Make Zone Digital's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Third-party service failures including hosting providers, APIs, or payment processors
• Security breaches caused by the client's own systems or negligence
• Delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters or platform downtime

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• The client is invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date
• Completed deliverables are transferred proportionate to payments received
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once project work has commenced
• All client-provided credentials and assets are returned or deleted within 14 days

Make Zone Digital reserves the right to immediately terminate an engagement — without refund — if the client engages in abusive, unethical, fraudulent, or illegal conduct.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Both parties agree to first attempt dispute resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
